3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the clupk Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different identity, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep such information current. clupk may conduct verification checks at any time and suspend access pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
3.4 Geographic Eligibility. The clupk Platform is operated under an international gaming licence. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. clupk may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published schedule of fees, following prior written notice to the registered email address.
4.5 Account Currency. All Account balances on the clupk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). clupk does not support multi-currency accounts.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your clupk Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. clupk does not guarantee specific deposit processing times as these are subject to the policies and technical operations of third-party payment providers.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and verified under the KYC process outlined in Section 4.3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the clupk cashier section. clupk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name are not permitted. clupk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be subject to return and the associated Account suspended.
5.5 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are supported on the clupk Platform.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on the clupk Platform are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. clupk reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by clupk are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited on the clupk Platform:
